Ladybird Voice Solutions takes its contact centre portfolio to the next level by partnering with industry veteran of 20 years and CCaaS expert, TelXL and joining their PartnerXL program.
Ladybird Voice Solutions can now provide its customers with TelXL’s agile CCaaS platform, Cxp, which has been specifically developed to meet the demands of the evolving small to medium-sized contact centre landscape.
This partnership enables Ladybird Voice Solutions to offer enterprise-level CCaaS solutions and functionality to any size of contact centre, alongside the ability to create flexible packages for their clients, giving their customers better choice and flexibility in the voice, digital and omnichannel CCaaS solutions they procure.

Cxp is only sold via the channel and includes flexible voice-centric, digital-centric and omnichannel CCaaS options – each solution scalable and flexible enough to grow with a customer at their pace. This approach is designed to provide elevated levels of agility, enabling partners to offer solutions more suited to their customers’ commercial and operational needs.
Furthermore, Ladybird Voice Solutions will be onboarded to TelXL’s Partner Program, Partner XL, which provides a dedicated and continuous enablement program allowing members to expand their contact centre portfolio, with increasing rewards and benefits for sales success.
