Today (Monday 3rd April 2023), TelXL has announced the launch of PartnerXL. A partner program aligned with its mission of creating exceptional customer experiences with innovative CCaaS solutions.
Partners can now become a reseller of TelXL’s new-to-market CcaaS solution, Cxp – a suite of voice, digital and omnichannel products that give businesses the flexibility to choose communication channels they require, whilst also having the assurance that they can scale at any point depending on customer needs.
This program has the mantra of exceptional customer service at the core of its design. With a vast continuous enablement program available to its community, PartnerXL will allow members to expand their contact centre portfolio, with increasing reward benefits for sales success.

The announcement of PartnerXL follows the recent launch of TelXL’s latest contact centre suite, Cxp.
The Cxp suite has been designed to enable contact centres, especially those with 10-250 agents, to create a more seamless customer experience, whilst allowing reseller partners greater freedom in adding tailored solutions. The platform has been developed to address very specific contact centre requirements that have not previously been available in the channel.
