Connect365 Partners with TelXL to Offer Unique CCaaS Product

Connect365 takes its contact centre portfolio to the next level by partnering with industry veteran of 20 years and CCaaS expert, TelXL.

Connect365 can now provide its clients with an agile CCaaS platform, Cxp, which meets the demands of the evolving small to medium-sized contact centre landscape.

 

This partnership enables Connect365 to offer enterprise-level CCaaS solutions to any size of contact centre, alongside the ability to create flexible packages for their clients. This provides customers and their contact centres of all sizes with better choice and flexibility in the CaaS solutions they procure.
