We’re currently looking for a passionate and proactive Channel Marketing Manager to join us at TelXL on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity cover). This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our Channel Marketing strategy – working closely with our Product Marketing Manager, Channel Sales team and our valued Partner base to drive lead generation and brand recognition across the Contact Centre market.
Your focus will be on creating compelling marketing content and campaigns that resonate across multiple verticals – from Public Sector to Utilities, Retail and more – all tailored to the nuances of the Contact Centre space.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience in a Channel marketing environment through Resellers, VARSs and MSPs within the Telecommunications, communication software, CCaaS or AI environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing content and materials that support partner sales, lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Own and maintain a centralised library of marketing assets, ensuring partners have on-demand access to high-quality, adaptable content.
- Understand and segment the market verticals that exist within the Contact Centre space and craft targeted messaging that drives qualified leads for the sales team.
- Take a hands-on approach to content creation, campaign delivery and execution, while confidently managing third-party suppliers where there is a justifiable and revenue generating reason behind it.
- Track and analyse performance of marketing campaigns and partner-led initiatives, using data insights to refine messaging, channels, and approach for improved ROI.
