If you've ever pitched AI to a customer and watched their face fall the moment you mention a platform migration, you already know the real barrier to AI adoption isn't interest. It’s the resistance or fear of large scale change. Nobody wants to tear out a phone system, a CCaaS platform, or months of configuration just to get some intelligence out of their customer conversations.
That's the problem TelXL built its new AI suite to solve.
We know we have been talking about it for a while, but this week, we have officially launched our three AI-powered products: Cxp Insights, Cxp Analytics and Alix, to the market. They are all designed to give channel partners three new, low-risk entry points into any customer's business. Each one bolts on top of whatever telephony, UCaaS or contact centre platform a customer already runs.
“Businesses don't struggle to see the potential of AI, they struggle to see where to start,” said Aaron Fox, our Chief Executive Officer here at TelXL. “Calls still go unanswered, leaders have little visibility of what's actually being said in customer conversations, and nobody wants to replace anything they already have to fix it. That's exactly what these products address. Alix makes sure every call is answered, Cxp Analytics shows what's really happening across customer interactions, and Cxp Insights shows a business where its problems and opportunities are before it spends anything on new technology.
“From improving every customer conversation to uncovering hidden opportunities for growth, we're committed to being the partner behind the partner, providing the technology, expertise and support our partners need to differentiate, grow and deliver measurable business outcomes.”
For partners, that means a distinct, low-risk entry point and a new revenue line that can be live in days, not months, and a way to open an AI conversation with a customer who was previously unreachable because “changing everything” was never on the table.
Cxp Insights, the assessment that starts the conversation
A one-off strategic assessment: a business shares up to three months (or 150 hours) of its existing call recordings, and TelXL turns them into clear, plain-English assessment on where to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. It's a one-off cost that's easy for a customer to approve, and it works from whatever recordings they already have. There’s no new technology required to begin. For partners, it's a natural door-opener into the wider suite, and a way to show up as a trusted advisor rather than just another supplier.
Cxp Analytics, recurring analytics for any CCaaS platform
Where Cxp Insights is the one-off diagnosis, Cxp Analytics is the ongoing subscription: it turns customer-interaction data into actionable intelligence, understanding performance, spotting trends and surfacing opportunities hidden in the data. It works with any CCaaS platform, analysing 100% of a customer's data in real time — which means partners get a steady stream of upsell opportunities they can convert into recurring revenue, not just a report that gathers dust.
Alix, the AI receptionist for any phone system
Alix is TelXL's AI voice agent, launching first as a virtual receptionist with more use cases to follow. It answers inbound calls instantly, captures every interaction, and automates the routine, time-consuming tasks that eat into a team's day. It's a subscription model with a low entry point, it works alongside any existing phone system — hosted PBX, UC platform or business mobile — and it integrates with CRMs and booking systems. With support for 90+ languages, it's built to be deployed for customers of pretty much any size or market.
Jamie Lake of Pure Cloud Solutions has already seen the difference it makes in real conversations: “TelXL's AI portfolio is enabling us to have entirely new conversations with both existing customers and prospective clients. The ability to introduce powerful AI capabilities without requiring customers to replace their current technology has been a genuine differentiator for our business.”
That's really the point of the whole suite. It's not one big, hard-to-sell AI transformation, it's three distinct, low-risk entry points that partners can lead with depending on what a customer is ready for: a one-off assessment, a recurring analytics subscription, or an AI receptionist that starts answering calls from day one.
The AI suite is available now to TelXL partners through the PartnerXL programme, which includes commercial terms built around the suite, technical enablement to get each product live quickly, and marketing support to help partners take it to market with their own customers.
